Well, this was inevitable.

Oh no, you're meeting all my expectations!

This game is definitely a gem. I really enjoy the writing and how often it breaks the 4th wall at times, although the game can go from being funny to very fucked up and demented quickly.. And that just makes it aaaall the better~

If anyone's interested, I did stream a full neutral run here, which was just a failed Genocide run since I didn't know exactly what I was doing.

I'm doing a real Genocide run now, Heroine is killing me here.

i was going to make this thread a few days ago but i never got round to it! glad to see one now :)

this game is awesome, i'd definitely recommend getting it if you think it looks interesting.

undertale is the perfect balance between being quirky and funny and being deep and emotional. it's got great characters, fourth wall breaking storyline, an A++ soundtrack (i could write an essay on how good the titular track is) and the game, which a mix between like...bullet hell games and turn based games?? and also RPGs???? is one of its strongest points.

a single run is about 6 hours but you should really do (AT LEAST) 2-3 runs to get the full experience. there's also different variants of certain routes PLUS a ton of easter eggs, so replayability is not a problem. (also the game basically expects you to do multiple runs)

if you do pick up the game, the only thing i can say to you is that you're in for a wild ride. also be prepared to get trolled in as many ways as possible

it's a reference to anything specifically. it was actually a kickstarter reward. the person who requested it just happened to have a weird fetish. "so sorry" is a self-insert of himself. (or so the rumours go)
