I have contacted the support to recover my main account. After providing them with the correct information, they have asked me to provide them with the new e mail to be associated with my account so I can reset my password. I replied of course with the email I would like to use in the future however, I did not get a response for a week. I decided to reply again to the e mail conversation telling them the email I would like to use again. No response. Finally I sent one last email which was few days ago and it has been almost a month. I just wanted to share this to see if other people also have contacted the support an has an unresolved issue so we can all be seen by the responsible people.

TLDR: if you contacted support and have not received a response, post here so we can be seen

private matters can't be discussed on the public forums (probably cos of DPA laws). You're best just sticking to contact forms and PMs

If you'll PM me, I'll direct your case to the admins when I get home from work.

I've also been trying to change my email via the contact form. I've not had a response for nearly 2 years, even when they said they would change my email.
I kind of wondered if theyd just blocked my email tbh. :/

keep in mind that you're not the only one emailing them

will play this waiting friend since 2011 and heard numerous complaints that Contact US and just a farce for them you think that helps.
