they do respond, it just takes them 2 weeks or so
i once emailed them about changing my email (as i lost access to my old one) and i got a reply within 2 weeks AND my email was changed.

Would have been 1 in the past(like 2~ years ago) but I recently(a few months ago) contacted them to change my email and they changed it and replied the next day so probably an 8.
