yeah, it's all farming.

So I looked at the BR forums and apparently they have a thread for megafarming likes. Wow.

I don't know how to feel about this, but it's not like it's affecting anyone, so..

Yea, they farm but not all do
I'm BR but I don't farm since I don't see a point in it.

French is honestly farming the most
top 1, 2, 4 are French

I don't really see the point either. I mean, getting the titles are cool, I guess, but will the farming continue to happen after all the titles are collected? Or will more titles be added? I don't know.

It's entirely up to BR sentinels since they have their own sets of rules; I believe they're more relaxed than EN's are.
It probably won't get locked.

Almost everyone in the list are post count farmers and they become able to get in the list through prestige farming.

Conclusion : there's no player who got prestige in true way. The concept of prestige here is wrong.
Sadly, honest players are not getting enough prestige.
