The Helpers are an international group of players from the Atelier801 games which are willing to help other players. This project was originally started by the user How on September 20th 2011. With the help of Minkee#0095, Sabusha#0095, Shambelbabel#0000, Haruhitastic#0000, Shamousey#0015, Ratacp#0015, Matza#0095, Jordy#0010, Grimmaro#0095 and Daydream#0015, the Helpers Team is still going strong! Our goal is to help users with their questions and reduce the amount of whispers Atelier 801 staff get. We can also sometimes host contests and do other activities as well. Members from The Helpers group are NOT Atelier801 Staff Members, they have NO extra powers in the games or on the forums.

Have a question? There are several ways to get your question answered.  We have a chat channel which can be accessed from every Atelier801 game, you can join this channel by using the command /chat help At first sight the chat channel might look empty, this is because we use a bot for the communications from our Discord server using the The_helpers#0000 account. Also keep in mind that Helpers are human, sometimes it can take a while before you get an answer if there are no helpers available at that moment.  If it takes too long to get an answer from the chat channel then you can always try and whisper a helper. To find a list of online helpers, whisper the bot /c The_helpers#0000 using the following commands:
How do I become A Helper? Once in a while we open the Helper applications by community, when they are open you can apply. We will post it in this thread when the applications are open or when they are going to close. What is the purpose of the Helpers team? • Answer questions regarding Atelier801 games and forums. • Create guides in order to share information. • Host events and contests. • Assist the staff team by reducing the amount of questions they get as well as reporting issues that need to be resolved. • Translate threads, tutorials, etc. Are Helpers Atelier801 staff? No. Although there are some helpers part of the Atelier801 team, actual Helpers aren't Atelier801 staff members. Is there any age restriction for joining The Helpers? Yes, kinda. We prefer users with the age of 15 or older, this requirement is put in place so we can assure that you can be mature but exceptions can be made. What could lessen my chances of joining the team? • Immature behavior such as spamming and insulting other players. • Not taking enough time to fill in the application. (Please take the time, keep it clear and add details) • Received bans and mutes from Transformice, Atelier801 Forums and AnvilGod play a high role in the decision of your application. A Helper was rude to me, what should I do? If a member of The Helpers group is rude to you then please report this to the leader of the member's community. The leader(s) of each community can be found in the international tab. A Helper Leader was rude to me, what should I do? In this case it would be best to contact one of the international Helper leaders, they can be found at the international tab under the International Helper Leaders list. Best would be to private message them trough the Atelier801 forums. A Helper didn't know what to do! Shouldn't he be fired? It so happens that we aren't robots, every member of The Helpers are human, there is no such thing as instant reply, and it can also happen that a helper doesn't know the answer. In that case you can ask another helper which might know the answer to your question. Most importantly, be patient. |
