Not sure if this is the right board to be talking about something like this. I'm not asking to get my stats back because I assume that's impossible and I just have to get them back as if I just started playing again.

But whining aside, I am curious, has anyone else opened their account after years of not using it just to have all their stuff (stats, items, tribe, friends) gone?

I assume this is because of issues with Steam not syncing game data especially for fairly old accounts.

Again, I'm not asking for anything to be fixed, I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else upon reopening or logging into an old account via Steam

its a new command you have to put in order to set a profile picture
- make sure you are using a windows device or else it wont work.
- make sure you are using steam/standalone
- if it doesn't tell you that your profile has been changed then you would have to set another profile.

I have never had any problems with my account, the data has always been as it should be. I have the Atelier account, but a friend of mine has the Steam one and she doesn't have these problems.. It could be a bug or maybe just a mistake, I would suggest you to make an atelier account if you encounter this problem

im afraid that the company probably doesn't run anything anymore.

pfps are gone, it takes longer for the forums to load--although it might be a me-problem--some shaman items straight up dont work, art isn't consistent--the official twiter even just uses ai sometimes--, the mods rarely do their jobs--thus hackers are SUPER common now--, accounts are having things get deleted, plus the other bazillion problems with the game now. i miss old tfm xD
