I was scared of demons, my best friend said that around 4AM the demons were able to come.

Not really a monster but I was so afraid of robbers/kidnappers that if I thought I heard a noise in the middle of the night I would wake up and check the entire house before I went back to bed.

Personally none,

except those black monsters in the dark that stare at you when you sleep.
I still always think I'm being watched.
