The url you are using in the image tags is not a valid url address. As if you were to copy and paste that url into the address bar, you would get sent to a 'broken' page. Image urls would look something like:

http://website.com/imagename.jpg

Report your post in the thread or PM a sentinel to request a lock.

Report the OP (or posts below it if not available) and say you want a lock. You can only request "spotlight" threads locked (art, writing, maps), and tribe threads if the tribe is defunct.

If you have been banned once pretty long ago for hacking, even tho your account actually was being hacked, can you still not be a moderator/map crew, etc?

It's being looked at on a case-by-case basis. If it's really several years ago it may not be that relevant anymore. If you have other staff related questions, ask here ;-)

Typing constantly in colors is fine as far as I know. It's specific colors and color combinations that aren't welcomed because they can be hard to read on the forum, and/or not nice to the eyes.

Tags to make a table:
[table][/table] - These define the table, put all the table content (rows) between these.
[row][/row] - These define each horizontal row, put the cell tags between these. You can have as many rows as you like.
[cel][/cel] - These define each cell, put your actual content between these. You can have as many cells in a row as you like.

Optional
[table border=#FFFFFF][/table] - Use these instead of table tags to show the table borders.
[cel colspan=x][/cel] - Use this to define a cell that takes up multiple columns (Makes the cell wider). Replace x with the number of columns you want it to take up.
[cel rowspan=x][/cel] - Same as above, but takes up multiple rows (Makes the cell taller).

rowspan and colspan can be placed in the same cell!
