Wedding a dit :
RIP flash we love you
how will animal jam live........

^ Animal Jam PC(The flash based version) is still a standalone game. AJPC has been ported through A desktop version. Animal Jam is mostly making income from AJPW and AJ Jump since they are more accessible to mobile users than the PC version is.

It's so close yet so far away. lots of my friends will be devastated when flash is discontinued since their favorite websites have lots of flash based games.

Do you happen to have a link to Baffler's standalone?
I tend to just play on the official standalone as it's hard to find Baffler's on a safe domain anymore.

Yasuo a dit :
Pyromania a dit :
As of now, I'm currently blocked from using TFM and left with nothing to do about it as Steam refuses to function on my tablet. This blows!

explain to me, why are you using tablet for the game? Ae_86 already stated, it'd be a frustration when you get to play on it, and i don't think A801 ever supported tfm for android, except if it's "run for cheese". other than that, just download the OG through pc/laptop or mac and you're okay. not trying to be mean to you tho, but it'd be kinda ironic if current tfm players and newcomers believe, they could play the game through tablet or phone lol
the same question was already answered eons ago, so it'd be easy to lookup if you can play it on tablet/phone or not.

Maybe because at that time I didn't have anything to play Transformice on? Really, it's a pretty simple thing to figure out for yourself. Don't know why you had to ask a question like that, that's just common sense. If I'm playing on a tablet, odds are I didn't have any device to play TFM on in the first place. Also, I already know I can play Transformice on my tablet. My tablet functions like a computer, except it refuses to install Steam. So please, read my comment more carefully. I had Chrome on my tablet, I can play Transformice on my tablet, but Chrome was becoming a pain so I was having trouble playing Transformice and Steam refused to install. Call my tablet a mini-computer, if you will.

However, at this time I am currently able to play Transformice without any difficulties as on my tablet was a real struggle since Chrome was a lot slower. I currently have a new computer that functions properly and I am able to play.

If they could just make the standalone and flash is gonna shut off, why couldn't they just convert to HTML5?? i can't download the standalone, its for mac and windows right, nope. whenever i download it and try to open it, it keeps saying " Could not open a windows application. Please pick an application that can open this type of file."

Adora a dit :
Rip flash.
Flash was literally my childhood, first coolmathgames, then animal jam, then tfm... ahh memories.
But you can always play tfm on steam, plus better ping and less lag.

sad to see there's no mention of newgrounds. that site has always been the holy grail of flash content.
just my nostalgia speaking, but it's hard to believe that flash has become dying technology at this point. how time flies amirite?
