My all time favorites right now are Between Shades of Gray, Wonder, Divergent, anything by Rick Riordan and the Cinder series. c:

I've started reading a lot of fantasy series' lately. My favorites so far are A Song of Ice an Fire (Game of Thrones: not for kiddies), The Name of the Wind, and the Legend of Drizzt.

I'll just narrow mine down to one, cause listing any manga series is incredibly difficult for the massive volume read.
My favorite would have to be, thus far, Stephen King's Collection of Short stories, NightShift. It's really creepy and full of great Horror Stories, But most all Stephen king books are like that i suppose~ If any of you read this, Be wary of closet doors, be wary of the boogey man, Ugh, that story was the creepiest in there

Robin Hobb (hands down the best fantasy writer out there, and George RR Martin agrees with me on this one)
Terry Pratchett (rip)
Douglas Adams
H.P. Lovecraft
Stephen King (tons of average stuff, but the Dark Tower series is excellent)
