Physical: I either try to distract myself from the pain or kind of wince and wait silently. Seeing as how I managed to scrape my knees and elbows on a scratchy ground, limp to the bus stop, survive a bus ride and limp back home, crossing a road in the process. I sang random things loudly. I survived. Emotional: I try to blame whoever caused the emotional pain, whether it was their fault or not. This makes me feel better, and I'll talk a little about it to my friends. Then I proceed to marathon an anime (or in one case, Barbie, I don't even know why) to distract myself from it. Then, if time passes and it's something like a friendship breaking up, I try to delete the person from my life, unfriending them on every social media platform, deleting our chat history, stuff like that. Never happened between me and physical friends, though, but I'd probably do the same. |

physically: i cry because it hurts me. then my mommy comes and helps me. (im serious) mentally: I talk about it to my family(i only trust my family) then try to get over it. I never cried because I was hurt mentally, because i find it weird. I just talk about it and it makes me feel better. Also in both situations, playing with toys and watching TV help me also |
