If you are BR / TR / ES / RU ,you can talk anymore on EN1.

There's no a server like that. The English one was and is still being the internacional server for people that don't have any community to speak their language, in this way they can speak it there. If you have already a server for your language you can't speak it there because you have your own community.

Well, I agree that there are people that speak English and they are from no english countries. Not sure if the admins could do something for that kind of people to be able to speak in EN1.

You as a moderator, should know that the server is the Brazilian who suffer most from hackers and flood much, the only way out of this hell (yes, hell practically) is going to servers more educated, say. Do not leave a server just to play a bit without having to worry as much as in Brazil, is also out to make friends, I have friends in EN for example, and I can not talk to them in a room? In case we use the same logic and prohibit Turks, Arabs in the Brazilian server, and it turns meche appear doing some flood.

Well, two days now. IP filtering is not helping at all. Spam, flood and Hacking continues. It's not really difficult for spammers and hackers to use a proxy so they can continue with their activities.
I'm traveling outside the US and this is causing me some trouble. IP filtering, a.k.a Discrimination is NOT the solution.

What exactly is defined as a public room? For example BR players are not able to speak in room 1, 2, 6, 7 and 11 but are able to speak in room 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10. Where is the logic in that?

Well, I've argued many times now that this update is ridiculous. Many people in my tribe who are perfectly capable at speaking English but are from the 4 targeted societies cannot speak in main rooms (where we play) and we don't want to go to an international room just to have the freedom to speak together in the main chat. It's not that it's difficult to talk or impossible or anything, it's just the fact it's inequality, unfair and prejudice. Not all of TR, BR, RU and ES are spammers? Surely there's a better option than cutting 4 nationalities out? Why would they want to play TFM again if they don't have the same rights as everyone else? I can't imagine that feels very good does it, when they did nothing wrong and speak English. You are punishing whole communities for some spam. This is the internet. The internet cannot be spam free. People's feelings and happiness should be more important than spam. I'm English and I do not care about the spam, there is very little and I play in Room 1. If it's a problem I press ignore. Easiest thing in the world. It is so unfair to not allow so many people to speak in public chat just because of a bunch of idiots who live in the same country or speak the same language. Ridiculous. I hate it. Why should I stay? I am hugely disappointed and disgusted that this has happened. My friends deserve the same rights as I do even though they are not English. EN community and room 1 is their home, just like me. They deserve to speak in it as much as I do. Real living people are more important than spam and people complaining about spam, since there is already an option to ignore.

Nem todos os BRs/TRs/RUs/ESs são spammers, e fazendo esse tipo de atualização vocês prejudicam pessoas inocentes também. Querem uma dica? Parem com esse tipo de restrição idiota, prevejo a falência do Transformice por elas, se forem punir alguém, punam os culpados e não o geral.
E também gostaria de apresentar a vocês um comando interessante "/ignore", se realmente as pessoas se sentiam incomodadas com a presença do pessoal dessas comunidades, era só utilizá-lo.

I have to agree with Lubblobba on this one. EN1 is meant to be the International server. What is the point if you decide that a certain group now suddenly can't speak on an international server? It would be like declaring that Spain and France are no longer allowed to take part in any UN summits. It's ridiculous! For those who have complained about the mass spam, there's a miraculous thing called "mute". I, personally, find that those complaining about the spam are more annoying than the spam itself.
So, what's next? Is tfm going to be set up so that you can have no contact with anyone outside your language group? Because that idea is about as ridiculous as this update!

I don't agree with this update either. What the staff was looking for in the update has not appeared since the change. I really don't see the problem for somebody to speak english in the english server. If you don't want people spamming the chat with non-english (which is pretty illogical imo), then improve the mod team lol.
