We can't actually remove people's avatars, when we sanction someone's avatar for whatever reason, it just changes to this image.

Okay, to change my password and it keeps asking me for my validation code but it has only given me a link which i have already went to but it keeps taking me back to Atelier801 Forum

You can do that by asking a sentinel to change it. A list with sentinels can be found here. Regular players can't change thread names.

Ingame; Click on "Change password". It should ask for your email if this is the first time. Put in your email and it'll send you a code through email. Copy-paste the code in and continue and it'll allow you to change your password.
Forums: Login and click your name for the drop-down menu and click "My account" then go to "Change password". Click on "Request validation" and it should lead you through and series of steps that'll help you change your password.

There's a bug so it's normal if you haven't recieved any codes.

as for tabs, they should look something like this:
