Hello I am here to say that they could make a Spanish translation, since they will most likely use "el niño" meaning "the child", the term that doesn't give a direct pronoun to said child.
However this is not to say that "el niño" doesn't translate to "the little boy", though in Spanish this works both ways.

My example being you see a cat and a dog, but you don't know wether both animals are male or female. "El gato y el perro". You would use the "el" as "the" to address it's THE cat and THE dog.

The basic way to tell if there was use of the male pronoun is if the sentence refers to Frisk as "él" directly meaning "he".

The term "el" without the accent is frequently used as the word "the".

There is a "they" in Spanish however it is commonly used for a group of people, a group you can refer to as "they are going to play Undertale" (ellos van a jugar Undertale)

Sorry if this was too much, as a Spanish speaker I just wanted to confirm they can translate the game nearly accurate to the English adaption if they want.

I suggest not using Google Translate as it's often times incorrect.
It usually tries piecing together the English words you use into sentences- but it often doesn't use correct Spanish grammar.
