Ive seen some parts but not all. All i can say is


That the anime is overly loaded with cute and loads of comedy, anime exploded everywhere with memes and overwhelming positive feedback. I would do it if i were you, at least im definitely gonna completely watch until the end any time soon

First anime that comes to mind is Sakura Trick.

Also Kobayashi Chi no Maid Dragon, I guess? There's not really an official lesbian relationship, but it's close enough to it.

sakura trick was the first anime that came to my mind too. there's a ridiculous amount of fanservice in it though, which may or may not be what you're looking for.
honestly though, i don't think a fluffy yuri that isn't moe/doesn't have gross amounts of fanservice in it exists.

it's more slice of life than fluff, but i'd highly recommend you watch hibike euphonium if you haven't already. if you don't mind being baited, that is.
