those are guest accounts which can be made by putting in a username and just clicking 'submit' without entering a password or clicking 'play as guest' in the login page

Your warnings don't disappear from your profile, once they're there, they're there forever - the list on your profile is just a list of all of your warnings.. You shouldn't take that badly though - warnings are only quick messages sentinels use to remind you of something, they're not always relevant to you and it doesn't mean you're currently doing something wrong if you still have a warning show up from several months ago.

Why did my warns and mutes from 2013 disappear then wtf

During a big update to the moderation system a long while back, old warnings and inactive mutes were lost.

yup. I keep seeing it on mobile (when I'm on safari)
But i don't see it on the computer.
