You'll have to be more specific, because what it sounds like you want is to just do two img tags

I mean outside of forums. Like you have two gifs, and you want to make them into one, end to end.

Like, the first GIF is a bouncing ball, and the next gif is another bouncing item. You want to put the bouncing ball in the same gif as the bouncing *item*,

Another example is, you have a forward gif and the same gif in reverese but you want to put the forward GIF and the backward GIF in the same gif, for a perfect loop.

Ah, I see.
You'd need a graphics program that supports animations (GIMP can, I personally use Animation Shop but haven't done such in eons) and a lot of patience to paste each frame where it should be.

Get a program that supports transparency (GIMP, Photoshop, etc) and save the image in a .png. If you want me to walk you through background erasing we'll be here all day.

probably far too late to be of any use, but if someone else wants to know too, i believe you can use gifninja (just google it) or blendgif
