A spirit animal has been describe wrong on this thread, sorry for the confusion. a spirit animal is your spirit totem, unless she ment by zodiac animal for the year you were born. Your spirit animal consists of your personality and corrisponds as being your spirit guide or guides (You can have more than one). It is hard to spot your type of totem knowing they come to you in a number of different ways, most common with how many times you have met, seen so often and or talk to or knowledged, or in your dreams, most often. If you look a spirit totem up online, maybe someone can give a short discription of what they have come to represent, but be careful, just seeing the animal/bug/plant alot doesn't mean they are your totems. it's more of a personal.. experience.

This is exactly what a spirit animal or totem is. More of a spirit guide and your protecter and the reflection of you past, presant, futer and personality. keep and eye out, everyone has one.
