If you think that you can learn a new language by using Google Translate, you're sorely mistaken. |

It's not reliable. I (Don't ask about this <w<;) translate "Ruler of the forest" to Zulu. I translated it back and got "Goverener of the forest." |

I believe learning a new language isnot as easy as memorising letters and sentences, because you need to execute them latter I.E I cannot learn this language from this technique Dernière modification le 1511958000000 |

Smartiewolfs a dit : Yeah, but in internet, There are no good apps to learn a new language, I was learning Sapnish in an app, but instead of teaching me basic things, it directly took me to sentences |

Enigmouse12 a dit : you do realize there's literally much more to learning a language than using apps alone? watch youtube videos, attend courses, buy/borrow textbooks, hire a speaking partner or ask for help, etc you get the point. i was talking about resources in a general context and just sticking to one method isn't gonna help you achieve fluency, sorry to say also those apps are more intended for memorization and i don't recommend using them for any other purpose imo Dernière modification le 1512112080000 |

Pretty much what Smartie said, you shouldn't rely on just one method of learning a language. I'm learning Spanish in school, and my teacher plays songs, has us watch videos, do worksheets, listening activities, etc etc and it really helps out. In my own time, I like to listen to songs that are in Spanish (which really helps me understand how to comprehend the new language) and I even do some studying on Duolingo while looking at the tips for it a well. If you're dedicated to a language, you'll definitely find multiple ways to learn that language and you wouldn't stick to one method, decide it's too hard, then give up. You'll try your best to learn and understand the language as much as you can. |
