It will be on iOS yes and you have to pay for it the prices are in the opening post. Not sure about microtransactions though.

Just got a new phone, hope this'll be one of the first games I download. I never pay for apps, but I might make an exception for this one because I've played TFM for about 4 years. I'd excited to see how this mini TFM will turn out.
