Basicly Nessie is a dinosaur-like animal. and just a reminder the extincted 16 million years ago, unless this "monster" developped an immortal system, this is impossible.

oh and if you use the images as proof, they all have different bodies, they are just fakes

You don't have any proof whatsoever for when the dinos became extinct, nor any proof that they all died. Therefore, I really don't trust your claims.

For example, The coelacanth was for an incredibly long time considered extinct. Some i think 7-18 millions years extinct, then some fishermen found one in their net in 1938. We still might find examples of the Lochness, or similar creatures with this in mind.

Well... we actually do have pretty massive evidence that the dinosaurs went extent. The ones that didn't die evolved into modern animals we have now, like the bird. Things TYPICALLY evolve, although exceptions do exist in the DEEP ocean. It'd be hard to believe that something as shallow as the lake would be a location a species could thrive and hold a population without needing to evolve.

Of course there are no proof that dinos became extinct, and chicken poops golden chocolate.

but seriously the dinosaur as know are extinct however there are few relatives with some matching physical points, and the closest to the dinosaurs in their genes are none other than Chicken, But does that mean that chickens are accually dinosaurs? nope they just inharited so many physical element from dinos. basicly this nessie could be real but its not the way people might imagine it to be like a hige long neck monser, Its most likely to be a sea-lion shaped aquatic serpent. so most of the photos are fake. and also if the was a monster in the Loch "Ness" Wouldnt we just use submaries and just find it. I mean The Loch is only 132M deep.

I still don't believe in evolution, so I highly doubt that any chicken is anywhere near related to dinosaurs.

Also, using a submarine is easier said than done. If a minor technical error were to occur, the person inside the sub could lose his/her life with absolutely no chance of surviving!

Therefore, searching the entire Loch is much easier said than done. Also, the monster could be camouflaged and easily mistaken as something else.

I also still believe it looks like a plesiosaur, because dinosaur survivors aren't 100% impossible. If turtles, lions, bears, dogs, sheep, etc survived, why not dinosaurs?

All the same, who knows if it exists?

I'm stepping out now, cause this could go unto religious reasons, and those never end well for anybody on a forum. Typically goes into flamer war.

I would also hate for that to happen.

However, I will still remain in this discussion. If it does become religious, I will also step out and just watch.

The explanation for that is not 100% reveiled but there are few theories saying that the dinosaurs are the biggest animal living in the wild so any slight changes in the system will affect them first and harder than any other living creatures, bassicly the really few mammals and other animals that survived we evolved from some of the surviving mammals, and excuse me but don't include religious beliefs in this debate because believe me if we do, thing will get too contradictory. you don't believe in the evolution because of christian and still believe in dinosaurs, while the bible never said or talked about anything that even relates to such creatures, anyway back to the topic, there are many theories about how did the other animals survive you can check them out ;)

Somewhat religious
Actually, the Bible does speak of Dinosaurs. But, it uses the term 'Dragons' instead. Giving me the belief that dragons are dinosaurs.

This thread is going to give me nightmares, the Lochness is haunting me!!!!

God bless you sister.

Ok so it just so happens that I went to Loch Ness a few months ago (in October). I didn't see anything ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I went on a boat tour, and bought a neat little book all about her, I really wish I could find it. One thing that's funny is that on the windows of the boat were stickers of Nessie and even Nessie's child (d'awww) and it was made so that if you took a picture of it, it would look like the real thing. I wish I could post the photos here, I think I managed to half-convince my friends and my mum was mystified.
Anyway, the first account of Nessie was by Saint Columbia. The legend goes that the Irish monk traveled to the land to the land of the Picts (aka Scotland). His followers claimed to be under attack from a 'water beast' and it was causing hysteria in the village. One the day the beast attacked Columbia, and he made the sign of the cross and said "Go no further. Do not touch the man. Go back at once." The people who witnessed this were awestruck, and the pagan Picts converted to Christianity.

Anyway, to be honest, I don't believe in the monster. It's all basically the work of the tourism industry.
If you're into conspiracies though, this video might add a twist to the debate:

A poll came out not long ago showing that 24% of Scots believe in the monster. Politicians here in the UK have weaponised this poll, attacking rival politicians with stuff like 'More Scots believe in the Lock Ness Monster than they believe in your ability to be Prime Minister! And the problem is that you actually exist!'

Also, Disney made a short cartoon entitled 'The Ballad of Nessie'. I haven't watched it, but Nessie looks really sweet.

This has made me really miss Scotland though, I really wanna go to Edinburgh again, as well as another tour round the beautiful Highlands.

http://d.ibtimes.co.uk/en/full/362019/some-theories-believe-that-loch-ness-monster-plesiosaur-which-survived-jurassic-period-photo.jpg?w=578

This can't be real, because a water-dwelling creature such as the Lochness would depend on a large body of water to survive, while the image only shows a shallow water pool. How do I know it's shallow? Look at how the (fake) Lochness is on top of the water. The creature also appears to be on land, which would never occur due to it's need for deep water. If it did dwell in waters that shallow, surely it would be famously known as real. In addition, note how the tail looks very clay-like and definatly not very streamline, and a water creature's tail should (and would) be streamline.

I believe that 'evidence' is a mere dummy in a shallow pond, lake, or river.

DINOSAURS.

THEY STILL EXSIST.

I believe that this monster use to be a dinosaur. Sense there was big and mystical creatures thousand of years ago.
Which a meteorite, volcanoes, earthquakes and meat eaters wiped the dinosaur population out.

So this creature cant exist anymore, but it might be real thousand of years ago, with bones still laying on the earth surface. Those pictures around the world of the lochness monster is mostly just a twig in the water.

DInosaurs went extinct around 60,000,000 years ago ago so its most likely hat it doesn't exist,
but there are few animals in he wild that are biologicly immoral such as jellyfish and lobsters. but its really rare to see animal with such a biological system.

p.s: Lobsters are not 100% immortal animals.
