When it was vBulletin forum (2011), we are had Meli's art-style emoticons. Why admins can't use them?!

It is important to realize how much kids there are playing Transformice.
You know how they type?
Now imagine them if they had the ability to easily spam emoticons.
It would be better if they could disable emoticons to certain people depending on how they use them.

I don't really see emoticons as a problem, but I do think that they aren't needed. Image tags would work just as well.

It wouldn't. :p The emoticon images are as small as the text written in posts.

On-topic, emoticons are nice yes but I don't think they're needed, I've always used the [plain] tag in CFM to omit the image emoticons.
