Anyway, if anything, I think the time to play to access the Cafe should be extended. If mice could instantly post on the Cafe, no requirements, it would be full of a bunch of spam from alt accounts. At the current time, it's easy to just AFK on an alt and then start spamming the Cafe with unnecessary and annoying topics.

I think it should be level 1 to 5 because, for example, if a new player made a topic in the cafe and someone criticizes their topic or cusses, they complain or make really annoying comments that dont even match their own topic. If it is from 1 - 5 then they know how people act in Transformice and they know how to deal with it.

Two days and two hours is fine, really.
Getting to level 1-5 is really easy, not to mention that there are many immature people over level 20. And again, people would just create alts and spam, seeing that level 1-5 is easy to get to.

One last thing, you only have to collect a few cheese to get to level five, which you can easily get just from playing a few minutes. No one would really know how tfm players are after playing a few minutes of on the game. The cafe, is a different story. Many cafers are 'rude' in a new players eyes, and not suitable for some players (Aka immature people that can't handle 'rude' or 'mean' things).
