That's why mods and sents have to lock such topics, moderating of certain posts, etc.

But it's not their problem.

Exceptions are there, People offensive posts and spam topics purposefully sometimes.

I don't open locked topics. After years as a forum moderator (NOT HERE) myself, they're locked for a reason and there's plenty of other topics to view in the meantime.

i administrate forums and i click on locked topics because they can be extremely hilarious sometimes
there is nothing that makes me laugh more than a hacker who posts a thread in broken english begging for forgiveness

They always have reasons for locking certain posts and if you click on the topic and go to the last page the person who locked it will say the reason and this helps so other people don't bump unessasary topics
