You could make it optional for each thread, and/or only send out notification every 5 minutes or so, condensing any multiples from the same thread.

Hmmm... that could be a good idea... kinda difficult to me to make that but however i will add it on the suggestions lists :)

I would appreciate if you could make the timechecks more than 30minutes, for an example 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 time a day, etc. Otherwise, nice work on this, it is very useful!

Thanks for your feedback! :) in the future im gonna add 1 and 2 hours option... More hours or 1 time a day is in contrast with the purpose of the extension that its to be notified ASAP when you have some activity that u are interested, also whenever you close totally your chrome and reopen it, it will automatically make a check for new activity ^_^

Here are some extremely lazy sketches that I really didn't try on. I can clean them up if you'd like.

Gradient Theme (This would probably take some time to develop anyway. It's a tagalong to Marcikris's suggestion.)


Or perhaps a whole new layout, though I don't think it'll come anytime soon. I was really lazy drawing this anyway, I didn't even bother putting boxes around the different windows lol.

If you want me to come up with better ideas than that (which I was really lazy on if you couldn't tell) feel free to ask, I'd love helping out on projects like these!

Wow really nice sketchs! :D The development for the themes shouldn't take much time but a new layout will, if you have any idea for a new layout feel free to send me a pm, take in consideration that the content of the new comments won't be loaded since its kinda difficult to me to obtain that data and will add a delay to the update functionality.

• Preview the first few words of a new post.
• Enable/disable notifications for specific topics.

Before I have set a button to go to favorites threads but as far as I know no one clicks on it, so was removed at version 4

This feature will cause a bug in the extension functionality. Since if I go to the last post and retrieve the text, the forum will detect it as if the user has saw the last post removing it as new activity. When the extension checks again it will appear that there is no new activity.

This was discussed in the ES thread and I feel that disabling the notification is against a good forum user behavior, given some user needs help in a specific thread everyone that knows a little bit about that thread should help asap :D

When you edit a post, you can't use emoticons (it doesn't appear)
just a little bloop.

hiya!
just wanna say, i uninstalled the tool temporarily due to this problem but uh
as of the most recent update, there is a panda on the bottom of the screen (duh right)
however, due to the panda, i cannot click on links that are in a most recent post, closest to the panda.
it stopped as soon as i uninstalled the tool, so i'm certain it's from this.
