dont have a pic of how it is now but we got the black/brown out. the red/pink is still in there it's realyl light though and then the roots are white where its scabbed at so like

is it possible for someone aged 16 who has seemingly stopped growing to grow a bit taller again?

Yes guys grow for quite a long time and start late. You're likely going to have darker hair and more facial hair! Your hair's pretty dark already, but I'd say it has a light shine. Your face may grow broader in height, too :)

my hair is already pretty black and i don't understand what you mean by 'broader in height'

this is a writing question, does anyone know any sites where i can learn actions people do on their faces (not facial expressions) so i would be able to show and not tell?

maybe something like
"He smiles, with the corners of his mouth quirking upwards unnaturally in sheer excitement."

a list of things like "...corners of his mouth quirked upwards in sheer excitement."
