I was thinking that when moving stuff to the stall you can add a price and the price can be like -5 from the sell price ≤ sell price < +5 so then people can sell stuff fairly

i think that users should be able to price items however they want. if theyre too high, no one will buy it, so theyll have to lower it. sell price isnt exactly ideal to base things off of, though.
this game is gonna have lots of stuff similar to neopets, so ill use that as an analogy
in neopets, every item is tagged with an estimated value. in truth, however, objects estimated to value, say, 80,000 neopoints actually only sell for like... 5. making a rule where items have to cost near their sellback price isnt very fair because everything would be dirt cheap

E: to explain this better, consider sellback prices as a few extra coins from items that you cant really sell well. flight rising does this, too.
