I came across the fluency chart last page.
I say that Cantonese, Mandarin, English and French are my native languages because I've been using these four languages since I was born since I lived in Malaysia but I'm not fluent in all of them. Also I'm not sure which one I spoke first so...

Now using the chart, I can say that I'm
- Fluent in French.
- C2 (according to teachers) in English but I wouldn't call myself fluent yet.
- B1 in Cantonese.
- A2 in Mandarin (learning).
- A1 in Spanish (learning).
