From what I saw, it's basically a reskin of regular hardmode, with the only difference being having wings on all the time... I'm not sure if the wings are always visible or only visible if you have the skill activated from the Wind Master skill tier

(This may have changed by the time I posted, this is what I saw before the game went down)
