For me, cafe should still exist in the game. Of course, many users find it beneficial for them (e.g. finding a friend, soulmate, etc.) or something unnecessary for the game. Cafe is not created for perfectionist. It is still has it's own pros and cons. The posts in the cafe, of course, are expected to be poor quality, since it is easier to access by both new and old players. Additionally, the cafe is poorly been moderated, so most players can post any topics they wanted, at any time. So, I can sayyy that cafe should still be remain in the game.

This is just the beginning of why cafe shouldn't be changed or removed. It's easy to use and the cafe community in special. You find kind hearted people and the bully kids, but the community is closed, so only people who want to be a part of it can be, unlike public chats like the US chat (which, may I add is hecka rude). Also, many people don't realize 1. Most cafers only use cafe, therefore changing it or removing it would cut down on how many people go on tfm and 2. you don't have to use cafe if you don't like it. As I said before, if you don't like the community, you don't have to be a part of it, so only people who enjoy that community use cafe. And yeah, chat moves WAY faster than on forums, and you also get short-term roleplays and there can be doubles of a topic without getting in trouble. I personaly think the moderation on cafe is perfect, people can say almost anything they want, but the mods do a good job of filtering out all the snakes and toxic people (in this case I mean toxic as in "people who are racisict or otherwise excessively rude").

I personally like it, it's more of a place for silly topics that doesn't have much discussion value on the forum, and I find the forum somewhat more formal?

I can't say I'm the biggest fan of cafe, but I don't see why it needs to be removed, literally just don't go on cafe and you don't have to deal with the toxic people.
It's like finding a snake and trying to pet it but it bites you, and now you want to make snakes go extinct
-Some people like snakes (I like snakes and have a pet snake)
-They are important to the ecosystem (Trolls gravitate to cafe and leave everywhere else more or less alone)
-Just, like, don't try to pet snakes (With actual snakes you can't always be safe, but with cafe, literally just don't go on it)
-Not all snakes are bad

I agree. I don't think cafe is as toxic as it was. There are still a lot of bad apples on cafe, but I see no good reason to take it down.

This e2 cafe is terrible. Its the reason i moved to en, but because of the glitch, everyone's here... I'm scared to get bullied, cause I almost committed cause of all the suicide encouragers on this game!

Cafe has to be deleted, all people being bullied can't stand it. It's not moderated, and they're completely fine with other people screaming out slurs and the bad people never get handled, the good ones always get perma banned or muted, you think that it's not toxic, bruh, toxicity is why most people quit, thats why it's dead. And everyone on cafe is toxic as heck, thats why I had to move.

Then I'd suggest you avoid café and stick to the forums. I know it's easier said than done but think about it;
If café is removed, where are most of those toxic people going to end up? Here. And despite this place being moderated, they can still post toxic garbage before being reported or banned, and who stops them from using alts to continue?
I'd say leave them there in their little cesspool.

you guys gotta remember that if we take away cafe because of one community, all communities have to have their cafe taken away as well.
it's definitely not fair for the smaller communities that rely on cafe for announcements, and some of the larger communities that truly haven't done anything wrong.

besides, if it was removed, like rottenappel said, the people you don't like would have to go somewhere, right? and it would probably be here.
so, i honestly think it's best that cafe was kept around, not only for the sake of the smaller communities, but for the people who don't do anything wrong on the cafe. it wouldn't be fair for their source of communication to be removed because of some bad apples in the community.
