No. It only requires 4 mice in a room for that. You need 11 mice for firsts to count in a room though.

I have mixed feelings about the event especially when it's constantly repeated every year or so and there's nothing new that surprises me. I altogether think it's not terrible to repeat the event (the idea of it) once a while but many players including myself already experience this event multiple times. I'm confident some players at least want something new and unique for once and indeed enjoy the event instead of losing the motivation to farm every week or so for nothing.

Last year, I didn't do the event at all. So, I receive many things to do for my to-do-list this year. But I keep losing my motivation to farm because I've seen the maps plenty of times throughout of the years and it makes me not wanna farm at all. I actually have no idea if the candy bags are new or what but I really like that a lot because it's challenging to collect them from different maps and you lose a bit of weight to your mouse while wall jumping. So, good job on that brilliant idea
