Get your video url (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15Nw_sv7lb4), remove the "watch?" part, replace the equals sign (=), with a slash (/). Put video tag at the beginning and the end. Will look like the following :

like, say one person post something important and I wanna link to that post for people to go right there. how can I do this? Or can i only do this for the page that the post is on?
