Sorry I'm late! Okay, here we go...
I'd have a Grass-type gym with a kind of outdoorsy-indoor zen theme. The path to my gym would include decor like this and the walkway towards where I am (you know, where there are trainers by the side ready to battle you) would be like this.

And when you finally entered the room where I was, I'd be lounging in here. Ey, if trainers only come every once in a while and I always have to be waiting for them, might as well be chillin' til' then! I'd probably be on the couch using Pokemon Amie to stroke my Pokemon, which are:

~ Leafeon (♀), Lv. 53, {Leftovers} Solarbeam, Aerial Ace, Synthesis, Sunny Day.
I'd use Sunny day at the beginning of the battle to ensure that Synthesis always restores even more HP. It'd also boost the power of Solarbeam, BOOM! I'd keep using Solarbeam when the sun wears out to make sure I always have the Sun's power.
~ Serperior (♀), Lv. 48, {Oran Berry} Giga Drain, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed (bad moveset, I know, but aw well.)
~ Breloom (♂), Lv. 42, {Nothing} Spore, Seed Bomb, Sky Uppercut, Stone Edge
~ Summer Sawsbuck (♂), Lv. 52, {Nothing} Retaliate, Horn Leech, Mega Horn, Nature-power
~ Leavanny (♀), Lv. 46, {Oran Berry} Leaf Blade, X-Scissor, Shadow Claw, Razor Leaf

And, I know that's 5 Pokemon, but I can't think of anything else I'd really need. Besides, my gym sounds really cool 'n' powerful already!

I would have an ice type gym that's like a Ice fortress where you ride a Beartic to find my Tower in the castle. I'll be waiting in a room similar to an arena made of ice.
