EN applications are open for specified communities that have no leaders yet whose PL does not belong. That's why you can't apply to join the EN team.

And for the PL applications, they are currently Closed .You can apply whenever the apps are open; PL Team's topic : https://atelier801.com/topic?f=5&t=888855

I'm thinking of maybe applying, but at the same time I'm not sure if I want to.
