team flame wins it. to me the fur stands out better, whereas frost fur looks more lazily done with less detail. tail item idea while obvious, could of been executed differently. at least flame glasses took a different twist as it just works by looking aesthetic. both items are fine as is. only redeeming quality for frost is the hand item in my book.
