For the Moltres, you can literally just put a good IV female/ perfect IV Pokemon on the GTS and ask for a Moltres, most of the time you get one rather quickly, and for the Shiny Stone, you can do the Secret Super Training battle titled "An Opening of Lighting-Quick Attacks!" to get Shiny Stones.

If you're one of the people who keeps on complaining about Pokemon Go in this thread, first of all, this thread is for discussing any pokemon game, not saying it's awful or anything like that. So you can't just hate on a pokemon game in a pokemon thread, common sense. And Pokemon Go isn't as bad as you think. It helps people exercise, and it's also not as dangerous as you think. It clearly says to stay aware of your surrondings, and don't ever drive and play this game, etc. It's not the game's fault at all. It's just the dumb people that don't pay attention on what's going on around them.
