the crop was uneven, it has to be 100x100 when you resize it

Is anyone able to fix the quality of this avatar? It's a jpg and looks blurry

Here's the original picture if you need to redo it (try getting the cat's face and the paw in the picture like the edited avatar if possible, don't include the words in the photo)

shard saved it as a PNG instead of JPG (which gives pictures a better picture quality)
