My favorite starter is my first, Piplup. I'm also a huge fan of Totodile, Charmander, Snivy, and Froakie.

Also I'm thinking that they're already telling us sun and moon exclusives.

Can't wait to hear "Pikachu no Uta" (Pikachu's Song) on August 4th as the ending theme for the anime. It's the first Pokémon uses a character theme as an ED so this'll be interesting, even though the lyrics are all just "Pika" and "Pikachu".
