I don't agree with how you formatted this, but I have to vouch for it. I've msged Mishka be4 but no answer. However, that doesn't mean they aren't doing their job. We're lucky to have such dedicated moderators, and Mishka might just be AFK or busy. Remember, modos have normal lives, just like us. If Mishka doesn't respond, message another moderator.

Hello, if a Moderator didn't answer you in game, you should know that the Moderators are receiving tons of private messages from other players who are reporting about something like you, players who need help, or players who just want to talk.
And, I've already contacted Mishska#0010 many times in the past and they answered me and dealt with my reports. ^^

Yo guy, Yeah, playes can answer questions if they know the answer.

As Unlocker001 have said, moderators get tons of whispers, you can't imagine the amount of them. I don't know if Mish will answer you for your whisper, but I can suggest you that if you need any help from a mod, whisper them by asking politely for help. Everyone would prefer to reply politely messages than people who just write "here hack" or "ban name#tag"..

To do this, you would need the [table] format.
When you first start using the table, it would appear as so:

[row] brings the things vertically, while [cel] brings them horizontally.

So, if you wanted to have a picture and text side-by-side, you would do this:

Thank you for everything! But I have another questions about this: how can i center the text and image horizontally? how can I leave a space between the image and the text (and between the presentation's end and text/image)?

To center it, simply add align=center to the table.

Here is an example from the EN Birthday Index I made:

You may also have to add the [p=center]

format in between the [cel]'s and [row]'s if it's not properly aligned.

Leaving a space between the picture and image may require a third [cel] with the middle one being empty or with random gibberish in it made invisible using [color=transparent].

I heard that there will be some changes with the forums. If I save some thread pages as pdf, and open it after the developers changed the forums, for example they deleted the pages I saved before, will i be able to open it? I think yes, but I want to make sure. Right now they are nicely openable, they look just like the average forum page with the right colors and button orientations etc. Will this stay the same? As long as I don't mess around with the folders I think it should be okay, but I am not sure. The computer saved the necessary mechanism and resources for the pages, so I think they should be openable in that state even after 30 years, right?
Sorry if it is not understandable, English is a secondary language for me..

In the URL bar it shows the path, like the folder's name I saved it in. So I think once it is like this, then the page has no connections to the "live" page states (which has the average "http.... " path instead of the "folder" path). It is like a "historical" page now? Like in the Wayback machine site?

I mean this is the "folder" path: file:///#:/folder/subfolder/subsubfolder/filename.html

I also wonder which resource(?) files are safe to delete in order for the page to open as readable? I only need the comments' texts on the pages, the colors and buttons are not necessary, however I want to be able to see what's inside the "spoiler" buttons. I don't want excessive mega/kilobytes inside the folders, so that is why I am asking it.

Since Micepix isn't available, you can use discord (links) or imgur links between the brackets of [img]-[/img] to get embed photos.

Example: [img] https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/489956427943641108/631819836753707018/20190622_184852.jpg [/img] without space becomes:

hello! i have an idea for an off topic thread on a book series i like, however, it has already been created. the last post, though, is from 2012. are you allowed to create a new one if it hasn’t been bumped up since? or should i just bump the old one and post what i’d like?
