well yeah then theres the gen 1 theme thing

basically i think pokemon wants as little attention as possible towards chattot since get this, people used to use chattot's mic feature to swear at kids playing pokemon.

plus its already a tropical bird imo

But I did see a pokemon variations thing for vaporeon and it was like a tropical fish, like it was super bright and colorful but really poisonous?? Prolly a water poison type thst was cool
