The only anime i can say i really disliked was Ergo Proxy. I saw it when i was about 12 and i wasn't all that good in English back then though.
Also, Weed. Even though the story was really good, the animation itself wasn't all that good and they kinda stopped in the middle of the series. (And the prequel, gng was so much better so i had kinda high expectations for this one)

Hetalia, but I only despise it because I see it fucking everywhere. Like there is literally no escape from it. I also have some bad memories regarding it because my friends used to like it and... yeah, long story. I haven't actually watched it tough so don't take my word for it, ahah.
Secondly, and I guess a little more logically, Future Diary. The whole plot was really, really silly with a couple of plotholes. I also really fucking despise every character except one. I could rant all day about how terrible of a character Yuno is.

Sword Art Online. Wanna know why? Because in the first few episodes there are unnecessary timeskips, the main character is a loser, another anime shared the same plot (NO, NOT ACCEL WORLD -_-), and finally the same Soundtrack is played too often (Swordsland I think it is OR Coffee, soda...).

Naruto. Not a fan of the whole Ninja Concept but besides that, I don't hate it that much.

Dragon Ball GT. It's fanmade, meaning the original creator didn't make it. The plot is so boring and the characters are just boogi. It's a disgrace to Dragon Ball considering that Dragon Ball and DBZ were actually really good.

Hetalia. I really dislike how the character's name are their country. Obviously they have real names but why don't they use them.

Beyblade. How do you have antagonists in this show!? "Hey, if you don't listen to me Imma throw my metal toy at chuuuuuu." Yeah, not threatening at all.

Pokemon. Pokemon the game, hell yeah. The Show...ehh...BOOOOOOOO.

Yeah, the Pokémon Anime drove me insane honestly. Random Filler episodes and the fact that it takes more than 20 episodes just to get from city to city and that my favorite Pokémon are used as villains (My favorite, Salamence, was used in the 6th movie and in DP saga in possession of Pokémon Hunter J, so yeah, it drove me nuts.)

I personally don't mind very popular and hyped up anime, because I haven't watched many of them and I won't judge until I do.

I really don't like Diabolik Lovers and couldn't finish it at all. I'm not even sure why I watched over half of it. The story actually starts progressing really late and by then I just gave up hope. (go try it out yourself)

I'm going to say the first Fate/Stay night anime, for completely lame reasons. I couldn't get myself to watch it because I found it confusing and GOD I can't stand the main character's eyebrows and he's so idealistic it makes him seem dumb.

Decided to give the ongoing Fate/Stay night a go, and I'm liking it. We'll see if that lasts.

Another one is Guilty Crown. I gave it a go, the concept of Guilty Crowns was cool, I love Gai, but I hate Shu with a passion. Never finished it.
