I seriously hate school
It's just wasteful to spend years of your life in order to accommodate living in today's society, nothing more.
I guess it's helpful for your actual real life situations, but I don't see it useful for anything else.
How about some survival skills? Or what to do in dire situations?
It's pretty lame.

Education is really important
without it, you would be working in the macdonalds.
But hey, thats just my opinion. Look school may seem shitty sometimes, but it helps us doing things in life. Because right now, its not that common that you need to use survival skills, but more that you have a job interview, and you need nice clean grammar.
If more people would be educated properly, we would have less of this bullcrap going on in the world
We are all kids with internet, and we have the oppertunity to go to school. Kids in poor countries, can only dream about going to school, and get a good job. just be gratefull you can even go to school

I picked "Yes :)" because I like school, but I don't mean I want the summer break to end. I mean, I enjoy school to the maximum, but when it's summer, it should be summer to the maximum too. If you understand what I meant, I like it when it's school time, but I also like summer holidays and free time.
I agree with Boefie, we would become crap without school. It's enough that some students never pay attention and distract others and don't let them focus. If they simply hate school, they should just give up on it.
In the future, the good children will get good jobs and earn money to entertain their families, and live a happy life. The badasses will end up with a bad job or without a job at all and will probably beg for money or start stealing. And trust me, people who hate school so much: you will regret this in the future.

You can get out of the house do some fun projects or easy math. Go outside to play. Gym, and hang out with your friends.

Well, I enjoy this year of school, since our teacher is pretty cool, and it's easy to get him off track and talking about eggs in the middle of math class. And it's fun seeing my friends. So, I guess a bit.
But I don't want summer break to ever end.. It didn't start yet but you know what I mean.

I get education is important, but in this manner, teachers aren't going to get the attencion they need from many students.

Yeah before it might have been very effective, but t this age, children needs things to be ASTONISHING if the teachers want to get the attenction

To be honest, I find the education system/the way the system works in our society retarded.
Most work hard to get those grades. A lot of the people I know who are doing well academically aren't really learning (it doesn't fit my definition of 'learning' anyway), memorizing page after page to get those answers right on the exam, and then scoring well, whilst not really comprehending anything they wrote. Yet they've got those grades, they can get into most universities. Is this how our society wants us to learn, to educate us young ones?

But back to the topic at hand. Do I like school? It depends on how the question is interpreted. I like the learning aspect of it, I like going to school, I like my classes, meeting new people, making friends, doing class activities, etc. But do I actually like it as a whole? The answer would be no. I do not like how stressful it is (I actually perform best after a holiday break), but that gives a sense of what the real world is like, so I suppose that's preparation for the future. I don't like exams, if you know what you're talking about, what you're doing, an exam shouldn't be needed to prove that you know it. Quizzes once every two weeks or so would be sufficient.
I'm nearing the time of panic of what university to apply to, what degree I want to get. I don't actually have an idea at all. Whilst I have myself to blame for not actually having a clear goal of what I want to be in mind, I also have to say something about the education system here. The education I get doesn't really help me decide what I want to be, doesn't help me decide the path I want to take. It doesn't throw me those challenges I desperately seek to help me figure out and define who I am as a person. I was just thrown a list of subjects I could take next year, and then told I needed to decide on what degree I wanted to take at university so I could decide the subjects. (Okay, so I admit probably this is more of an issue on my side, but stilll)
And then homework/workload. The idea of it is fine, but the amount is crazy. I know people from other schools here who get 6+ large projects added onto their to-do list per day, all those projects due the week after it was given. (Thank God I'm not in those sort of schools, but still!) The workload only increases as you go up the years. Honestly, I used to love school. I remember was still ecstatic about going to school when I was a 7th grader (Gosh time flies.. that was around 4+ years ago...), but now, I'm just waiting for the holidays to come again.

School is okay.

It helps you learn, and I'm tired of people saying "I HATE SCHOOL I WISH SCHOOL DIDN'T EXIST". Be glad you have an education. Some people in the world don't have education.

Though, some of the teachers and classmates are stupid.

also you know school is pretty much the reason why we have doctors, meteorologists, scientists right? if school hadn't existed we'd probably not have what we do today, so pls be grateful for the sake of rosuuri and other people because its driving me crazy

I 'm an atheist and I go to a religious school. It is a private school and is difficult. I hate my classmates. And I hate school. I want to go to another school but my mom will not let me :c
