Loose Teeth

i would've had my braces off when i was 11, but my ortho was waiting for this one tooth to fall out, and it finally did. yeesh.
so now i wear a retainer, i used to wear it 24/7, only taking it out when i have to eat. but now, i can only wear it at night.

for those of you who are getting braces and are scared, it's okay. your mouth only hurts for a few days, but after a while you get used to them.
also, the stereotype where nerds have braces and glasses, that is highly not the case.
just because you have braces and glasses, it doesn't mean you're a nerd. it just means you're getting your teeth fixed, and you have poor eyesight, so you have something to help you see better.

oh also, do what your ortho says, no matter how ridiculous it sounds. it really pays off. mine said to brush my teeth at least 3 times a day. i never did, but now i realize how important that is.
also, take this advice, the better you take care of your braces, the sooner you can get them taken off.
the process of getting the braces off is actually pretty painless, so if you're worried about the pain of getting them off, there's no pain involved. just a little pressure when they scrape the glue off your teeth, and that's about it.

Tell me, O wise one-- How do I make time fly fast enough that I could get 2 years past? Then, my braces will be off!

well, there are days that will go fast, days that time will go slow.
really, just keep yourself busy every day.
the busier you are, the more time seems to fly.

i got a cavity once and i had to go to over 10 kinds of dentists to fix it up and finally cover it so i can eat again and so it wont get infected
speaking of dentist trips
i went to this one dentist and i actually had to get my fucking nERVE pulled out and I SCREAMED SO HARD AND IT HURT SO MUCH

My dentist (my aunt is my dentist lol, or this other girl sometimes) said I wont need braces. The gaps are good for new teeth to grow and come in.

Edit:

Im pretty sure all my front teeth fell out... next will be my molars.

Wasn't there any anesthesia ? Must have been agony.

To add on to what was said earlier, I had braces for 2 years and it eliminated a gap of over 6 millimeters (I sucked my thumb a lot being younger, I really shouldn't have), at first it was very painful, and it's normal because the gum is being pulled so much, but if you ask (like I did) you can get a gel for the gums that numbs them (it does taste horrid though). I had the braces out for my teeth to move around a bit freely and towards September this year I'll get some new ones. Hurray !

My top canines didn't grow properly.

I had growls 3 teeth when I feel so proud of myself but other my teeth is loose a bit we can't get out of this it

my top teeth were pretty nice without braces, except that one canine was poking out just a little, you could barely notice though. my bottom teeth were ok, but a little crooked, and one canine just stuck out quite a bit, that was very noticeable. i think that was from me wiggling my loose tooth a lot when i was little. TIP: if you have loose teeth/ a loose tooth, try your HARDEST not to wiggle them/it a lot, as it does affect your new teeth/tooth that will come out. you probably knew this already but if you dont, well ya learned something new.

I started loosing teeth a bit later than my peers. Most started at 6 and 7, and I lost my first ones the week before I turned 8. I have my final (I think) 2 loose teeth, one on each top side. Both are molars. Thing is, their pretty wobbly but not quite ready yet, so it makes it REALLY hard to chew some of my favorite foods without it hurting.

I actually lost all my baby teeth naturally, which is pretty cool since my sister was basically the complete opposite and had to get most of them pulled out. (I actually punched one of them out, haha.)

The only problem I've had with my teeth is my wisdom teeth, which are growing at an angle so they can't grow through my gums properly. They hurt occasionally but it's not major so unless they start impacting on my other teeth, it's likely that they're not going to get removed.

I had braces on for 6 years :[ my mouth still isn't perfect though because I have adult teeth missing that got knocked out haha
