Hi, I'm going to share my personal opinion frankly and objectively away from any personal motives, I think the idea of a team to help the players is very nice and I would encourage such ideas that contribute to the development of the communities and to identify the game very easily for players I was already in this team for a year and a half. What I can say about this team that there are a lot of secrets known by the players and I saw and tested them by myself, for example, there are a lot of helpers carrying staff ranks, such as moderators or sentinels and they exploit their powers to prevent any person trying to oppose or criticize the team, believe me, or don't believe me, I am talking about the fact of my personal experience for this my suggestion to this team is that they only have to help players and not more than that the team wouldn't intervene in administrative matters, such as the ban in the game or mute in the forums since that had already happened with the AR team, I hope that does not happen with the remains of the other teams, I want to say at the end, I support the idea of the team, but I objected to some of the other tasks which the team did such as the control of the mute oof the players in some communities, this is not the main task of the team or of its powers, how to allow the team to do so? Each helper with a staff rank should know that staff work is different from your volunteering to help and that is why he should not be angry, and banning the players when he sees some criticism about the team, as did the AR sentinel and some other sentinels, with regret.

I agree with you, I'm an arabic player too and i saw some of comments was deleted without breaking any rules and some players get banned by Helpers Team order and i hope that the admins put a new rule for the sentinels not to mute players from other communities

This has nothing to do with the EN teams. And what happened with AR team, won't happen with the EN team, to put it bluntly.

Also, why aren't there much of the EN Helpers? I looked through the changelog, and only 2 people were recorded that joined the team..... the EN Community is HUGE, why not add more people?
