Just a clarification about the flags: they represent which languages each helper can speak, not necessarily which communities they are helpers in. However, some helpers are indeed helpers in multiple communities. So in some cases, the flags (other than English) do represent which other communities they're a part of, but in the case you're talking about, they don't.

Currently, there is no HE helper team. The list of all existing teams can be found on the first tab of the first post. If you'd like to be a helper for the HE community, I'd suggest contacting an international leader about it (the list of international leaders is also on the first tab).

Only the staff team can view the warnings/sanctions logs of players, helpers that are not part of staff are unable to view them. The helpers team isn't an Atelier801 staff team, meaning becoming a helper doesn't give you access to any moderation power. However, a helper that is also a member of the moderation team can view players' logs when needed.
