Addresses that look like "/Users/computerusername/Downloads/imagename.jpeg" can only be seen on your end of the computer. To add an image to the internet, you need to upload the image to a website, to host the image. For example, Atelier 801's very own Micepix is a place that can host your uploaded images. Other sites like http://imgur.com/ may work as well.
