Should I watch this?

For one, I've been putting off Guilty Crown since forever. I should probably finish it first. Oh, and the Black Butler Season 3 really has me hyped up, and it's coming out soon, I think.

Back to this series. Are the giants (are they called that?) scary? Or are they extremely unsettling? Is the main character disagreeable, rude or overly annoying? Or does he grow out of those faults? All I know about him is that he's not the conventional hero and that he's a loner.

Is there a heavy focus on romance? Is there a lot of drama? Are there many plot twists? How long are the action scenes? Are the action scenes exciting? Do they have magic? (Like, do they have people like mages or does everyone use physical weapons?)

Is there a lot of angst? Are all the characters (main characters and side characters alike) well-developed and believable? Are they all unique? Is there a significantly larger number of one gender? Is the music good?

I'm asking this to get a feel of whether I'll like it. So far, all I know is that it's beautifully animated, the characters are awesome and...stuff like that. And I think I understand the context.
