In order for tabs to work, you need more than one tab. You also need stuff inside each tab, as you can see my example didn't turn into a tab.

You can add anything after the # symbol, whatever you add is the name of the tab.

you need to make sure in the [video][/video] tags have "http://www.youtube.com/v/" in them, and after the v you put the end url of the video, e.g. for this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9PxOanFjxQ, the end url would be l9PxOanFjxQ

Sanctions are hidden. If you are the legitimate owner of the account you need to know what are your sanctions. You only can watch the active sanctions.
