I HURT MY SHOULDER ON A COUCH YUP A couch AND I STATRTED TO NOT BREATH AND GASPED FOR AIR AND IT HURT ALOT

My worst pain was when i was running barefoot on the cement really fast(we were being chased,it was some kind of game is i remember correctly..) and i stumbled and skidded over and the cement tore off a huge chunk of skin and flesh off my foot..

I'm debating between walking on my fractured femur for 4 days (doctors initially said it's not broken hurr durr) and my many encounters with pneumonia (may not be the same type of pain, but it was sorta the worst i've felt in my life)
