... Also I was downright TERRIFIED of Master Hand from Super Smash Bros. Melee (I was scared of Melee as a whole as a child, it still spooks me today) Just his creepy laugh and realistic movements scared me. Don't even get me started on the endings of Classic/All-star/Adventure (where your character turns into a trophy) and the "Challenger Approaching!" alarm.

I used to imagine that he would come out of any dark place (like the closet) and attack me. I also had a dream where I was downstairs at night and the TV randomly turned on. I saw that there were a lot of Master Hands on Final Destination and you were a Mario that was at 999% percent and you had to defeat all of the hands.

...And this, my friends, is why I have a fear of turned-off TVs.

I used to be scared of the witch from the wizard of oz, even though i was obsessed with the movie and would watch it all the time. Whenever she would appear on the tv, id leave the room all scared haha

i watched the boogeyman when i was little and for years afterwards i would have to jump on and off my bed from a few feet away because i was afraid if i walked up to it i would get pulled under

in 3rd grade there was this dog thing a kid at my school made up and she said "there's a big 3 headed dog and it's invisible but it will eat you!!" "they locked it up but on halloween it escapes!!!!!!!!!" and i was so scared that when they started talking about it again i cried in class
